Nuova edificazione di una struttura ricettiva ipogea ad alta efficienza energetica. Il progetto, sfruttando la naturale pendenza della collina, si attesta su due livelli sovrapposti coperti interamente con tetti giardino. L'edificio ospita alloggi, camere ed un centro benessere di  400 mq  con piscine interne ed esterne.  L'intervento si sviluppa su di una superficie di 1.700 mq.

New construction of a hypogean receptive structure of high energy efficiency. The project, exploiting the natural slope of the hill, stands on two overlapping levels covered entirely with garden roofs. The building contains accommodation, rooms and a wellness centre of 400 sqm with indoor and outdoor pools. The intervention develops on an area of 1,700 sqm.
